Along with representing residential buyers and sellers, Randy also handles commercial real estate matters, such as the purchase and sale of mixed use buildings, multifamily dwellings and warehouses. He is currently representing the seller of a $10 million mixed use property in Manhattan. He recently assisted an international client with the refinancing of investment properties located in Manhattan. He has worked with numerous lenders and assisted his clients with satisfying all of the pre closing conditions required in the commitment letters. He has also assisted clients with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. In addition, his experience includes assisting clients in obtaining commercial and industrial tax abatements.
