Randy J. Reisch has provided legal services to clients in New York City and the surrounding areas for over 25 years. In that time, Randy has amassed a wealth of real estate law expertise, working with clients seeking to purchase and sell homes and apartments in Manhattan and throughout the outer boroughs. He performs extensive due diligence prior to contract signing, and routinely works with banks, mortgage brokers, and bank attorneys to help clients obtain and refinance loans and pay off existing mortgages.

Alongside his real estate practice, Randy handles trusts and estate matters; his experience includes drafting wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills, and powers of attorney. Randy has helped clients petition to the New York State Surrogate’s Court in numerous probate proceedings. Also, he regularly receives appointments from the New York County Surrogate to serve as Guardian ad Litem in complex Surrogate’s Court proceedings.

Randy has become a trusted advisor to many of his clients over the years who continually rely on his expertise and good counsel.

Randy graduated from Emory University School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University. He is a member of the New York, Florida, and Georgia bars, and belongs to the Nassau County Bar Association. Randy lives in Long Island with his wife and two sons, and is a serious recreational runner in his free time.
